Registration Form – Exhibition

This is a firm booking for the reservation of exhibition space sized 2×3 m at the above conference on Life Cycle Management in NATO, 24 & 25 January 2023, Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport.
The exhibition space fee is € 1,010 + (Belgian) V.A.T.

Industrial displays are limited each to a display panel of 2×3 m (height by width) and a presentation table for e.g. brochures, and promotional literature, laptop computers etc.

Presentation tables, electricity and access to the internet via wireless LAN are provided by the hotel, all other exhibition equipment has to be provided by the exhibitors.

The displays can be set up in the morning of Tuesday, 24 January 2023. Representatives from the organiser will be on site to assist.

Together with the confirmation of your reservation an invoice will be issued. The agreement becomes effective upon payment of 50% of the amount invoiced within 14 days after the invoice date. All fees must be received by the date of the conference.

    Terms of Business/Disclaimer
    For cancellations a handling fee of € 100 will be charged. Cancellations must be received in writing before 09 January 2023. It is regretted that cancellations received after this time will be liable for the full exhibition fee. Substitute exhibitors may be made at any time at no extra charge. Should the conference have to be cancelled, the liability of Mittler Report Verlag is limited to the exhibition fee.

    Right of Withdrawal

    The client has the right to withdraw from his order within 14 days and without explanation.

    In case of a withdrawal the services rendered by either party are to be returned. Withdrawal has to be notified to Mittler Report Verlag within 14 days from the receipt of the item ordered.

    In case of a withdrawal all payments received by us shall be returned within 14 days from the day the notification of withdrawal is received. To return the payment we will use the same means of payment as used by the customer, provided no other agreement is in place. In no way does the return of the payment incur any surcharges for the customer. Return of payment can be held back until the product(s) has/have been returned or the customer has provided respective proof. In any case, the consignment with the product(s) to be returned has to be dispatched within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal. Shipping costs for the return of the product(s) are borne by us. A potential decrease of value of the product(s) has only to be compensated for by the customer if it is the result of inappropriate use.
